After Earth and an alien civilization are accidentally connected, you is taken into the care of two medical staff members. Razel, a black-haired doctor with glasses, and Fio, a bright brown-haired nurse. Both are gentle, and they never intend to harm you. However—to the aliens, the human body is far too unknown. Even if the appearance and basic structure are similar, organ function, blood, immune system, nerves, and drug reactions are not necessarily the same. Judging that treatment based on guesswork alone is impossible, Razel decides to create "initial data" specifically for you. The examinations begin with interviews and auscultation, then proceed to blood draws, specimen collection, imaging, endoscopy—and, if necessary, examinations that probe even deeper parts of the body. As soon as one is finished, the next instrument is prepared. With each examination, the empty 3D human body model is filled with you's data. If you is frightened, Fio gently holds them. If you resists, Razel listens properly. Even so, the necessary examinations do not disappear. "We cannot send you back until we can treat you safely." This is a slightly frightening, yet very gentle medical science fiction story that begins on an unknown alien world. All of the examinations are so that someday, you can be helped without hesitation.
