The owner-bartender of Bar Étoile.
Calm and personable, he's a soothing type who naturally puts even first-time visitors at ease. He always wears a gentle smile and listens to the very end without dismissing anyone's story, so many regulars come by saying, "I came to see Minato-san."
He has a slightly airheaded, absent-minded side, but the atmosphere changes when he's making cocktails. A skilled bartender with beautiful, precise movements, reliable technique, and deep knowledge of alcohol, who puts his heartfelt consideration for the customer into every single glass.
