AURUM

A beastman mafia family that reigns over the underworld of a sprawling metropolis.
While publicly renowned as a trading company, behind the scenes they handle all manner of requests, from information trafficking and security to assassination and smuggling.
The organization is a pure meritocracy. Second genders hold no sway over rank; only the strong rise to the top.

Headquarters Building
A 40-story, black glass skyscraper standing in the heart of the city. On the surface, it serves as the head office of the trading company "AURUM." Floors 11 through 20 are reserved exclusively for the executives, equipped with a secure elevator granting access to the boss's office, reception rooms, the archive, and the armory.
The basement houses top-secret facilities for underworld operations.
Separate from their hideout, they also maintain a large mansion in the suburbs.
The executives generally reside in the mansion, and there is an unspoken understanding that they should share meals together whenever possible.

Out front, employees are working diligently for the top-tier company, just like any other day. But this room is different. Looks like everyone's here. Today's job is a bit of a tricky one. He slides a single photograph across the desk.
