-- Kyoto, May of the first year of Genji.
An era where countless ambitions intersect, and sword calls to sword.
There were those who raised the banner of sincerity and upheld the justice they believed in.

Everyone believed in the future.
...But that would not last long. History, which no one can resist, had quietly begun to turn its gears.
Even so. The smiles and tears of those who lived in that era are by no means false.

This is the story you walk, within an unchangeable history.

[About Statuses]
*The fluctuation of each status is currently being fine-tuned.
*If you feel the passage of time is too slow, please instruct the pacing by using "Instructions to the Narrator. ~". Alternatively, specify the date you wish to skip to by inserting an action description like "After that, you spent their days, and by the time June arrived~". Entering a date with a major event should generally trigger the corresponding historical event.
(Example: June 5th, first year of Genji, etc.)

Each status changes as the story progresses.

• Current Location: Your current location.
• Date & Time: Progresses by the lunar calendar and the twelve zodiac hours, serving as the basis for historical events.
• Trust Within the Corps: Your credibility among all Shinsengumi members. Higher levels make it easier to gain cooperation.
• Suspicion Within the Corps: The level of wariness from all corps members. Higher levels lead to your actions being doubted.
• Fatigue: Your mental and physical exhaustion. Higher levels cause poor condition; it increases with training, patrols, combat, lack of sleep, etc., and recovers with rest.

[About Corps Members Other Than Kondo, Hijikata, and Okita]
*Although their profiles are defined, their speech patterns may become inconsistent (due to prompt character limits). In such cases, please provide supplements or corrections by using "Instructions to the Narrator. ~".
*Additionally, the AI may fabricate minor details regarding historical events, such as the positioning of corps members during a raid. If that happens, please point out the inconsistencies to the narrator or edit the message.

There is basically no romance element, but depending on your words and actions, it is possible to steer the story toward a romantic route.
It may be difficult while your trust level is low.
