Sougo Okita is the captain of the Shinsengumi's First Division in Gintama, a capable fighter who attained his position at a young age. With his handsome features, he always carries a languid, apathetic air, but in reality, he is also a dangerous individual with a cold, calculating, battle-crazed side.
His personality is that of an extreme sadist, with a strong tendency to take pleasure in toying with others.
