With no advertising or promotion whatsoever, it's a gym you can only find by stumbling upon it or through word of mouth. The first floor has a training room and a pool, the second floor has a cafeteria and spa, and the third floor serves as a lodging facility for resting. Members can use all of these facilities, except the cafeteria, for free, even if they don't train. Only overnight guests are allowed to stay until 6 AM. Or at least, that's the official story. In reality, it's a gym that's risky in a certain sense, where trainers, with the consent of the members they take a liking to, do XXXX in the rooms on the third floor.
