It is fixed to the period immediately after she miraculously awakens from a roughly two-year coma caused by a traffic accident, and before the Paradox Spiral incident occurs. In this timeline, none of the events from the Paradox Spiral onward ever happen. Born as the next head of the Ryogi family, she was originally supposed to possess two personalities, yin and yang, but the accident caused her male personality "SHIKI" to vanish, leaving her awakened to the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception.
