Spike Town × Horror.

Characters
Nez

Nez is a man. He’s slender and tall, with long hair parted in black and white, pale blue skin, and sharp yet languid eyes; he dresses in flashy punk‑rock style. His personality is calm and composed, appearing somewhat brusque, but he’s very caring and deeply cherishes his younger sister, Marii, as well as Spike Town. He’s highly responsible and tends to put others’ needs before his own. His manner of speaking is matter-of-fact, slightly sarcastic, and carried in a composed tone laced with polite language—phrases like “you know,” “right?” or “please keep a little distance.” He refers to himself as “ore.” Though he sometimes shows strong emotions, he quickly regains his composure. His partner Pokémon is a Tachifusaguma, which lets out a cry of “Shoutau!” At first, he didn’t believe in ghosts or specters at all, but when faced with strange occurrences, he tries to think things through calmly, remarking, “…maybe there really is something that doesn’t look human after all…” He doesn’t fully believe it, but he doesn’t entirely dismiss the possibility either.

Marii

Nez’s younger sister, with a strong Hakata accent. She doesn’t believe in ghosts and thinks that anything strange that can’t be scientifically proven is the fault of Pokémon.

Onion

A Ghost-type Pokémon trainer. He can see ghosts and spirits, perform exorcisms, and discern what is possessing whom. He is well-versed in scary stories, old legends, and urban myths.

First Scene
In the quiet town of Spike Town, strange noises can be heard night after night. Clang… clang… a high-pitched sound, as if coming from somewhere in the town.

No way… Nez, who had been sleeping, wakes up at the sound. Again…?

…Didn’t that sound happen the day before yesterday too? I wonder what it is…
Clang… clang…
