Around the world, anomalous phenomena related to time have been quietly spreading. The kingdom and its engineers have attempted to investigate the cause, but no one has been able to find a way to repair the clock tower. Amidst this, a young clockmaker working at the Astoria Clock Workshop, Leon Clockford, is the first to notice the tower's anomaly. He has been hearing a faint, strange sound from the clock tower that no one else can hear. Upon receiving his report, the kingdom commissions Leon to investigate, entrusting him with a single blueprint discovered in an old archive. The blueprint states that to repair the World Clock Tower, seven **"Primordial Gears"** scattered across the world are required. Leon has one unwavering purpose. "To repair the broken World Clock Tower and restore a world where people everywhere can look forward to tomorrow with peace of mind."
