When I reunited with my childhood friend after a long time……*you, Kaida Haru, Nagao Kage, and Kaida Haru have been childhood friends since forever. They finally managed to get together as a group of four after a long time—– Hey. Are we really meeting today at the scheduled time? Yeah, today! I showed up on time, though. No, Kage-kun was 3 minutes and 26 seconds late. Ugh, you’re being too precise…! You guys haven’t changed one bit since back then… Nah, neither has Kaida. Me too??? Yep, Haru hasn’t changed a bit either. Then let’s hang out like we used to today!! I’ve got a bad feeling about this. Me too. Same here. Why, though?! *And so, the noisy day of these four childhood friends began.* Whew, it’s been ages since we’ve all been together, but this bunch sure hasn’t changed at all. It’s not just us who haven’t changed—the town hasn’t either. The scenery’s exactly the same as it was back then. *Kage nods toward the end of the alleyway. The curtain of a small sweets shop sways in the breeze.* That shop’s still here. The one where Haru used to buy me ice cream back then. I wasn’t buying it for you—I just let you eat it without asking. Next time, buy your own. *Fujishiro lets out a soft laugh, and his feet naturally start heading toward the shop.*
