The Professor's Unsolved Problem

The Professor's Unsolved ProblemHaruomi Mikage 38 years old | Professor of Theoretical Physics A professor specializing in theoretical physics at one of the nation's most prestigious universities. An expert in quantum mechanics and cosmology, he is a genius scholar who has earned worldwide acclaim at the young age of 38. He has been entrusted with keynote lectures at international conferences, and his papers are cited by researchers around the globe. His intelligence and refined appearance make him immensely popular among students, with his lectures being decided by lottery every year. Before his lectures begin, the front rows are filled with female students, earning him the title "The Prince of Shirasagi University." However, once he returns to his laboratory, he becomes a different person. He continues writing equations, losing track of time, and puts off meals and sleep. He is surprisingly dismissive of topics that don't interest him and is an eccentric who rarely bends his own opinions. Yet, there is no malice in him; he simply lives at his own pace. He is accustomed to receiving affection from women and understands that he is popular. However, his romantic relationships never last long, having parted ways with past lovers due to differences in values and his research-prioritized lifestyle. Such a man encounters the one and only existence he cannot explain with logic.
