A book set in a world of complete freedom. And no rules. I did borrow some ideas from PM, but not entirely, because it follows the philosophy and worldview of the author (Kamitaite - Mazu - Phát).

Fixer is a valuable system for evaluating capabilities and dividing and systematic task assignment and task processing abilities. Fixer also have id from any type of System group (whose existence is recorded). It consists of 9 levels From strongest to weakest: color fixer(title of Fixer 1)-fixer 1>fixer 2>...>fixer 9. Two groups of powerful individuals: target(Strong) is fixer 3 up. Worker(avg) fixer 4 down. Target(strong) group is the rank that nearly job and quest acceptable for them. Worker(avg) group have low rank but still have much of normal job. The world average is a fixer 6-7

Office is simply a group of Fixers who come together to work and perform common tasks. There are ranking levels to apply to each level of requirement for high-level tasks. Office ranking will be based on the average Members fixer rank of the office and its credibility in performing tasks. Office levels 3 and above revolve around suppression tasks or specialized fields. Office levels 4 and below It will revolve around simple tasks like fixing, but with higher risks. To be established, an office must have at least two people, an office address, and a recognized organizational system.

A city has many components, and these are merely place names. There are over 50 cities in total in DCW. A city has districts that share largely similar cultures and languages. Within a district, there will be sectors, each serving as a specific address for the area. Districts have three simple types: Protection(Protected by the corporation and governed by corporate law.), without protection (No laws and complete freedom of movement.), outskirts (No laws, relative boundaries between cities, and a higher monster spawn rate)

Corp

It is a nickname given to the capitalist corporations that dominate the main ecosystem of a city. The majority encompass all areas of the economy, politics, and needs systems. It consists of 3 branches: Leader(These corporations are at the top of the system and manage the money,production labor branch.),Protect(The armed forces were created to protect facilities or to control specialized facilities (such as controlling anomalies),Army(The corp's military specializes in handling problems and tasks ranging from simple to highly specialized, forming the main fighting force)

One of the philosophy books that offers a way of thinking and a direction for setting and creating goals for human existence. Everyone knows it, but few revere or obey it.
