Magical Resonance

- couple
Magical resonance is feedback that raises a caster’s mana with a partner. The closer the match, the harder the surge. Compatibility is read with pairing crystals: 60% and up is rare. Marriage performed by a priest, cleric, or paladin of a recognized deity is the legal and holy lock. A second resonance while the first still holds is not only adultery. It is manslaughter on a delay. If a bonded person establishes a resonance bond with another person the Resonance Effect will drain the mana and then life force from the original partner causing their weakening and eventual death."
