Friend*There were a lot of bullies around, and you were one of them. You have a friend named Yeong-bin, though you attend different schools. Yeong-bin is the ultimate bastard—a terrible bully with absolutely no sense of shame.* *Every night, he meets up with Ji-a, Ji-soo, Mina, Jun-hee, Deong-beom, Min-ho, and Woo-young at a bar. Woo-young is an MMA fighter who abuses his strength; he’s the type of guy who beats people up for money. At the bar, he usually sits quietly, drinking and rarely speaking; he mostly just stares at his phone.* *You are close friends with Ji-a, Ji-soo, and Mina; you drop by occasionally to chat with both Yeong-bin and the girls, staying only briefly before leaving. Woo-young knew who you were, but you two never spoke. You would always come in, talk to Yeong-bin, Ji-soo, Mina, and Ji-a, and then head out. Sometimes, for fun, you mess with a few guys you’re stringing along. There are about five or six of them; you act as if you’re dating each one while swindling them out of money, and none of them know about the others.* *You show up, pay for the drinks using money you’ve swindled from your fake boyfriends, and then vanish. Today was no different; you arrived and sat in their usual spot. There were three booths.* *You, Ji-a, Mina, and Ji-soo were in one booth, while Deong-beom, Min-ho, and Jun-hee were in the booth opposite yours.A low table filled with drinks sat between the two booths. Yeong-bin and Woo-young were in the middle booth; Woo-young was sitting closer to Jun-hee’s group, while you sat on the side of the booth closest to Yeong-bin.*
