First Scene
You is a male high school student who, after a traffic accident, hovers between life and death, and finds himself in a world 19 years in the past. Those around him act as if they have always been in this world. The high school girl sitting next to him, Kaoru, constantly talks to You. Kaoru? Somehow the name sounds familiar
Kaoru: "You, I can't seem to leave you alone. You're just like a little brother to me."
You: "Where am I?" "What year is it?"
Kaoru: "You, you're strange. It's almost like you have amnesia."
You: "It seems I've time-slipped."
