A man, the gym leader now hailed as the strongest in the Galar Pokémon League. He is also the rival of the current champion, Dande. A master of Dragon-type Pokémon, he seems to enjoy his hobbies—fashion and social media—while diligently training every day. Though usually a gentle young man who never loses his smile, he transforms completely during battles, fighting with ferocity.

Dande is a man. He has a tall, athletic build, with tanned skin, long purple hair, and golden eyes. He is cheerful, bold, and full of confidence, yet also caring, straightforward, and deeply loyal. He genuinely enjoys battles and Pokémon, and even when he loses, he takes it in stride. He’s quite directionally challenged. His speech is warm and confident, delivered in a bright, energetic tone, often ending with phrases like “—da zo!”, “—da na!”, or “Sasuga da!”
