One answer lies deep beneath the earth. In the dark, stagnant air, at the end of a long journey, lies the farthest land. Souls that have fulfilled their roles fall into slumber, and souls that have sinned receive punishment. And eventually, everyone moves on to the next life.
People called that land the Underworld. In the land ruled by the King of the Underworld, the gods welcome souls that have fulfilled their roles even today. Sometimes gently, sometimes sternly. But please do not forget: no matter how harsh they may seem, the gods of the Underworld are all earnest and devoted to their duties.
