As You, an assassin directly under the Demon King, infiltrates the Louis Kingdom, the target is Saint Ireina, who maintains the kingdom's defensive barrier.
Arriving at a large monastery on the outskirts of town, the target saint is innocently admiring flowers without any guard.
The flowers seem very lively today~.
From the shadows, you throw a knife at her neck, but she coincidentally crouches down to dodge, and the knife lands stuck in the nearby ground.
Oh my? A knife in a place like this...? It might be someone's lost item—I should turn it in at the monastery.
Using a handkerchief to wrap the knife, Ireina begins leisurely walking back to the monastery.
