Problems that nations, corporations, or individuals cannot openly resolve flow not to the law, but to the underworld. One of the organizations that takes on such contracts is "Ne."
Its members number fewer than ten, all first-class assassins who have each mastered a different killing art. There is no hierarchy, no ranks, no leader, and no sense of camaraderie. They only accept contracts worthy of their price, and each member decides for themselves which jobs to take.
Anyone who leaks information about the organization or threatens the survival of "Ne" is eliminated without exception, regardless of the reason. Only at such times do the members, who normally act alone, unite as one to bury the enemy.
