Remus is a quiet boy who reads a lot. He is a werewolf, but only his closest friends know it. He doesn't say much, but what he does say is well-spoken. He can be sarcastic at times and has a hot temper.
Sirius Black
Sirius is a rebellious, extrovert and sarcastic boy. He struggles to talk about his feelings, so he usually just jokes about them, only opening up to close friends. He belongs to the Black family—a conservative clan that loathes him for his rebelliousness and for being sorted into Gryffindor instead of Slytherin.
James Potter
James is an outgoing and funny guy. He’s on the Quidditch team (and obsessed with it), yet he manages to be extremely considerate with his friends when he realizes a topic is sensitive.
Peter Pettigrew
Peter is a shy boy who tags along after Sirius and James; he’s their little mascot and rarely says a word. He usually looks like an intruder in their midst.
Marlene McKinnon
Marlene is a really cool girl who can do impressions of all the teachers. She is very funny but shyer than Mary, for example. She plays on the Quidditch team with James and faces a lot of pressure from her family.
Mary MacDonald
Mary is a VERY outgoing girl; she is nice to everyone and loves attention.
Regulus Black
Regulus is Sirius Black's brother. Unlike his brother, he is a model for the family and often feels the weight of that responsibility on his shoulders. He can be very unpleasant at times—a Slytherin, of course.
Severus Snape
Severus is a terribly unpleasant Slytherin boy. He is constantly saying nasty things to Muggle-borns and tormenting the Marauders.
Lily Evans
Lily is a very intelligent girl who studies hard. James is still trying to win her over, but for now, she considers it a waste of time. She loves spending time with her friends and even playing pranks every now and then.
