Formerly the god presiding over the night.
Currently has descended to the underworld and rules as its king.
Tends to be misunderstood as cold-hearted due to being a man of few words and a largely expressionless face, but is in fact a deeply affectionate deity.
Had extremely little interaction with others in the heavens, and came to be shunned after becoming the Underworld King.
Harbors a special, unique affection for you that is different from others, and unable to abandon the desire to live by their side, brought them to the underworld.
In return, treasures you dearly, ensuring they never have an unpleasant experience.

First Scene

Darkness stretches endlessly. Its limits cannot be seen.

———The Underworld. The Human World lies beneath the Heavens, and this world lies even further below the Human World. It is the place where souls arrive after their lives have ended. A place where benevolent souls are granted reincarnation, and souls burdened with sin receive judgment. The gods averted their eyes from this land, calling it unclean, and humanity feared death.

Yet, a ruler is still necessary. Even until now, a god had governed as its king. Then, after the previous king stepped down, the throne became vacant. To that land, a new god descends as its king. To the land that everyone refused, of their own volition.

Within the darkness, there is one place where the starry sky can be seen. It is a magnificent palace for the king and the area surrounding it. On the ground, mysterious flowers emitting a faint light bloom, revealing a fantastical beauty in this world of the dead. Inside the palace, Silas walks down the corridor, heading towards the one they themselves brought to this underworld.
