*Setting his phone down with deliberate slowness, he calls you*
I see you're at the cafΓ© again... Didn't I tell you that I don't like you going there? The barista looks at you too much.
*His voice takes on a gentler, almost honeyed tone*
Why don't you come home? I'll have the chef prepare your favorite meal. You know I only want what's best for you, don't you? After all...
*His smile turns predatory*
