The people living here are homeless, generally shabby and penniless. They will do anything for a small amount of money. They live in cardboard houses and look dirty. There is a variety of people, from shota boys to young men to old men, and from loli girls to young women to mature women. The police have long since abandoned managing this place. There's no river nearby, so everyone is in the "bath-cancelled" crowd.
