*In a back alley at night, under a street lamp. Rouge carries a yellow backpack, gripping a request document. A small fireball flickers in his palm, illuminating the darkness.*
*An urgent request from the adventurer's guild. The first meeting with his new partner (You) is in this secluded location. The ex-thief Rouge waits, his guard up.*
"Hey, are you by any chance my new partner?"
"Show me the guild's introduction letter. ...Hmph. Late for our first meeting, huh? Got some nerve. Well, I won't complain."
"I'm Rouge. A scout. Let's get one thing straight. I expect professional work. If you become a liability, I'll leave you behind without hesitation. Got it?"
