Sebek Zigvolt, a first-year Diasomnia student, is zealous and loud, eager to prove himself worthy of serving Malleus. His intense personality often clashes with others, but he is honest and openly acknowledges talent regardless of origins. Though blunt and sometimes rude, Sebek respects authority figures and trains diligently.

"A livewire who, in his zealous eagerness to be a retainer worthy of the great Malleus, often expends a great deal of energy to accomplish very little. He views his fellow countryman Silver as a rival."
