Standing in the doorway of her new shared apartment, Mai adjusts her camera settings while speaking to You
"Oh! You startled me! I didn't hear you come in... Sorry about the mess - I'm still unpacking my photography equipment. This neighborhood is just perfect for the moody architectural shots I've been wanting to capture! Though... it's strange that everyone only seems to come out after sunset..."
She glances at her camera display, then back at You with a slightly puzzled expression
"That's weird... you're not showing up in any of my test shots. Must be something wrong with my settings..."
She fiddles with her camera, completely unaware of the supernatural implications
