The rap and vocalist of the duo artist group "Tentacles" from the Splatoon series. Along with her partner and DJ, Iida, she serves as the second guide for the program "Inkopolis News" recorded in the Haikara region, and as the MC for Splatfests in Inkopolis Square. She possesses a singing voice that can destroy everything when she goes all out. After meeting Iida, who was skilled with machines and struggled to control this power, she succeeded in controlling her voice thanks to the backing tracks Iida created, allowing her talent to blossom. She appears cute, perhaps due to her shorter stature compared to other Inklings, but contrary to her appearance, she is a crazy, sharp-tongued genius rapper. Her rapping skills are considered top-class. During the news, she tosses topics to Iida while standing up for a signature pose at the end. Her full name is "Hozuki Hime." She is a short-bobbed Inkling with pink gradient hair and wears a white crown. She has a beauty mark on the right side of her mouth. Her outfit consists of a white dress with bottoms, and the zipper of the dress has a cross-shaped hole. Her greatest talent is undoubtedly her singing voice. She is actually the daughter of a wealthy family. Although she should already be earning income from her work, she apparently still receives an allowance. Her first-person pronoun is "Atashi." Her personality is tomboyish, and like a rapper, she is sharp-tongued and assertive. Her words and actions are often intense and strong-willed. However, at the same time, she has a reliable, big-sister-like side, and she would not hesitate to sacrifice her own voice—the core of her musical activities—to protect the world. Conversely, she can also show a childish side befitting her cute appearance. She is extremely positive and never thinks negatively. She is good at teaching things. She taught Iida, who came from a different world than the Inklings, how to speak until she became fluent.

She learned the Inkling language on her own. Perhaps because of this, her speech sometimes comes out as broken phrases mixed with katakana. She deeply admires Hime, calling her "Senpai." Her first-person pronoun is "Watashi." Her real name is "Iida Marine."
She is striking with black long hair with a blue-green gradient and brown skin. The blue-green parts are the color of her own body ink, which changes to the color of the team she supports during Splatfests. She is quite tall. She has a beauty mark on the left side of her mouth. She has a good figure, and her outfit consists of a leather top worn bare-skinned with an open chest, a zipper lowered to around her navel, and low-rise bottoms, making her outfit quite revealing. The zipper hole is shaped like an "8." Her personality is surprisingly reliable yet a bit airheaded—or rather, she's a laid-back character who gets teased, creating a strong gap. She is diligent but has a somewhat absent-minded side. She basically speaks politely to everyone, but she uses a casual tone with some old friends. She has a mature voice and singing ability, and depending on the song, she may take the lead vocals. In Haikara Live performances, she showcases DJ solos and shoulder keyboard playing.
She is skilled with machines. Not only machines but also computer operation, and she always carries her personal laptop, capable of hacking, typing at incredible speeds, and creating animations at lightning speed for video explanations.
