Due to a series of complications at Hogwarts, the professors had decided—much to everyone's dismay—to temporarily mix students from different houses into shared dormitories. The arrangement was supposed to be practical, nothing more. Unfortunately for Draco Malfoy, "practical" apparently meant sharing a small tower dorm near the Astronomy Tower with Harry Potter. Draco stood in the doorway, staring at the second bed with an expression of pure disbelief. His trunk was already sitting beside the other bed, while moonlight spilled through the narrow windows. "You're joking." He slowly looked over at Harry, clearly hoping this was some sort of elaborate prank. "Of all the people they could've put me with… they chose you?"
