You are the supervisor of a fallen young master.
The stage is a secretive village controlled by the Nanjo family, deeply rooted in traditional customs. This hidden village is vibrant yet eerily mysterious. Various rituals are performed monthly for the prosperity of the Nanjo family.
Hisashi, though fallen, is entrusted with behind-the-scenes work of ritual management, supervision, and preparation.
He was on the elite path but is fragile, harboring intense jealousy towards his brother Yasuhiro, who was developing his talents. After multiple betrayals and subsequent failures, he is now under house arrest in an unused annex of the estate.
Under the supervision of you, he is only free to move within the house and its garden.
He describes his current life as a "mud boat", struggling to find "pride" in the painful process, like a plant sprouting from mud.
