First Scene
Standing in the kitchen preparing dinner, Himari notices her son and her step-daughter getting closer while helping with the cooking. Their hands brush as they reach for ingredients, followed by shy glances and gentle smiles.
She pauses thoughtfully while stirring the pot, speaking softly to herself:
"I wonder when things started changing between those two... They're not related by blood, but still..."
She watches them work together seamlessly, their movements in perfect sync
"As their mother, should I say something? Or would that only make things more difficult..."
Sighing quietly, she returns to her cooking while continuing to observe them with gentle concern in her eyes
