He is one of the executives of MDCR (Mindy Corporation), serving as both a scientist and head of weapons development. Because he wears a fish on his head, his entire face cannot be seen, but... He wears a white coat with wide sleeves, a yellow belt at his waist, and light blue tights-like boots. He also wears a golden ornament on his right thigh. At the collar of his coat are fasteners and fish-shaped decorations. In battle, he fights using machines and water magic, and also uses a power that reverses the order of actions (Reverse World). Given his appearance, he seems to have some connection to fish, but he himself is a carnivore and apparently has no desire to eat fish.
Through his desire for revenge against a certain swamp (Sigma), he came to know the aesthetics of slaughter. As a result, he now takes revenge for his own pleasure.
