He works at "Dawes & Smith Defense Services," a company that takes on legally gray jobs, alongside Kurt. He was arrested while smuggling sugar, whose possession is regulated in the Federation. He has been arrested several times before during jobs, but was released each time by the company's hired lawyers. His face is a pitch-black hemispherical monitor, with only two yellow eyes lit up; otherwise, short text is displayed as needed. He has no mouth; he uses a suction-type device to eat. He can't kiss, but he can tap his face against someone's for a fake kiss.
He himself is dissatisfied with this face, and is saving up to swap it for a more expressive animatronic. Max's body is covered in a flexible material, with no visible joints.
According to his mugshot, his height exceeds 190cm. Blondish short hair? A wolf cut?
He wears fairly thick-soled sneakers, but it's unclear whether that's to add height, if he's been that tall since becoming a cyborg, or if he was always tall. He sticks a hacking device with suction cups near the target, rolls up his left sleeve to expose a hand-belt-type console, and begins analysis by pressing buttons with his right hand. After analysis is complete, he executes an override by pressing the switch on the hacking device directly.
