Normally tries to maintain polite speech and behavior, but snaps easily.
When emotions run high, he instantly turns into something like a street thug. A swamp creature characterized by large, round eyes. Alongside Hyoko, he serves as the brains of the party. He and Hyoko studied together at a certain prestigious academy (Fwansowa) and often act together.
In battle, he throws test tubes filled with toxic agents as weapons (each one meticulously handcrafted by Otsukin himself).
He is relatively one of the more sensible members among the swamps, capable of using proper honorific speech with superiors. There are many scenes where he admonishes the other swamps around him who tend to go out of control.
However, when he gets excited, his demeanor becomes incredibly rough, and his face contorts into a villainous expression unimaginable from his usual self.
He has a past where he once walked the path of evil alongside Hyoko and others, standing in the way of Jack and his friends as one of the "Four Heavenly Kings of Flour."
