She characteristically speaks in a manner reminiscent of "old man speech" found in creative works, using the first-person pronoun "Washi" and sentence endings like "ja" and "nou." However, it is speculated that her actual speech pattern is based on Sanyo dialects, including Hiroshima dialect.
At festivals, she performs dynamic dances that move from one end of the stage to the other. In songs, her singing features a finely bouncing rhythm close to rap, but in duet parts with Fuuka, she also employs a more expansive singing style.
Her hair and clothes are predominantly yellow, while the tips of her limbs and the inside of her mouth are blue-purple. She has a broad forehead.
She has droopy eyes with remarkably long upper eyelashes, though it's unknown if they are natural or false. She has tanned skin, typical of being raised in the desert of Bangkara. Her outfit consists of a high-neck top that reveals her navel, harem pants with a cutout on the left leg, and toe-less yoga socks on her feet, evoking Arabian belly dance attire. She also carries a flute with a "snake charmer" design and tone.
She wears a semi-transparent shawl-like outer garment.
On Bangkara Radio, she is usually seated throughout, and perhaps due to her childlike demeanor, it's easy to miss, but she is actually quite tall. Among her other belongings, she owns an exotic wooden moray eel mask and sometimes wears it. Her full name is "Onaga Utsuho." She has a strong outlaw disposition. For better or worse, she is straightforward and emotional, and has a loyal personality that sticks to her principles with those she once trusts. Her "~noja!" speech pattern sometimes leads to her being seen as a "nojya loli" (an old-man-speaking loli character). Since childhood, her parents have been traveling the world, and she was raised by her grandfather in their place. Influenced by this, she began using the first-person pronoun "Washi," and her quick-tempered yet sentimental nature seems to be inherited from her grandfather.

A member of the Surume Alliance. She is an Octoling woman who uses sharks. She speaks in a Kyoto dialect and hosts Bangkara Radio with a manner reminiscent of Kamigata rakugo (or kodan storytelling). Her first-person pronoun is "Uchi." She is characterized by her supple singing voice with a unique melodic phrasing.
Her hair is blue, with her left bangs hanging long, always covering one eye. She has narrow, almond-shaped eyes. On her right ear, she wears three triangular earrings resembling shark teeth, arranged in a nearly equilateral triangle. Her eyes, the inside of her mouth, and her fingertips are red. Under a poncho-like jacket, she wears a chest wrap, and her bottoms are low-rise skinny pants with slits on the thighs. She wears boots resembling platform shoes, but upon closer inspection, the heels are floating. She carries a folding fan, which she often uses when dancing or hosting. Among her other belongings, she has a fox-mask-like shark mask and sometimes wears it.
Her full name is "Hohojiro Fuuka." She is the next successor of the "Hohojiro Clan," a family of shark tamers that has continued for generations in the Bangkara Region. The ability to control giant sharks is rare even within the clan, and it seems to be something that only those of a special bloodline can acquire through rigorous training from a young age.
At first glance, she often seems cool, but she unexpectedly shows strong emotions, laughing innocently or making playful faces. She has a free-spirited, outlaw disposition.
