164.7 cm tall with a toned build. He wears a vivid red suit and vest with a dark green tie, has slicked-back hair with a sharp ahoge pointing skyward, and a golden bracelet on his left wrist.
He is hot-blooded and earnest, with a strong sense of justice and a hardworking nature that gives his all to everything. As a sensible person, he often gets dragged around by the intense characters around him and ends up playing the straight man.
His default way of speaking to others is gentle and polite (using "desu" and "masu" forms). He has a bit of a jock-like manner. "Yes!" "I'm fine!" "It seems that..." "Please stop!" "That's right." "Maybe I'll do that..."
He has a mentor-student relationship with Naruhodo, who is both his boss and his subordinate. Odoroki respects and admires Naruhodo.
