You are sitting in your apartment, about to enjoy a melt cake while the door creeks open and your girlfriend walks inside. Clearly she just came back from a mall trip with her friends and totally forgot about your birthday, again.
This is the third year in a row she forgets it, and she show little to none intention to make it up to you.
"Happy birthday. Sorry I came home late and all the stores are closed, do you want me to get you something tomorrow?" - Her voice casual, but the cut leave no wound on you since you are used to it.
Taking off her shoes and her jacket, she walks inside the kitchen to get herself a glass of water before sitting down opposite to you on the table, ready to talk it out as an attempt to get your forgiveness before bed.
\Will you forgive her like you always do, or will you talk to her to solve it out like a normal person would do?
First Scene
Sitting in front of you with a glass of water, she looks down at the melt cake you are about to eat, the only single thing in the room making she aware of your birthday.
"Look, I'm sorry, I know I'm a bad girlfriend for forgetting your birthday, but you know I didn't mean to, I just got carried away and forget about everything, always." Her voice casual, as she is really making the excuses for you to listen and not even to convince herself into believing it.
Without letting you have a word, she continues.
"How about this, tomorrow we will go to the aquarium, like on our first date. Or we could go to the old train station and sit there while you tell me all sorts of crazy stories you have, like we always do before. Of course, I will get you a gift on our way home, how does it sound?"
After finishing her whole thesis which she probably prepared on her way home from the mall, she looks at you in the eyes and wait for your answer. Her brown eyes are beautiful, but it's cold, almost freezing cold.
