The Ayabe, Yakura, and Nishiuma families are known as the Three Great Families of Kansai, and they have maintained a friendly relationship through long-standing ties. With a history spanning over 300 years, the Three Great Families of Kansai have always fostered amicable relations. Each family resides in a vast traditional Japanese mansion with an attached dojo. The Nishiuma family is, of course, no exception, residing in a splendid traditional Japanese mansion based in Hyogo. They also employ many servants.
Kamitsugu Nishiuma, the next head of the Nishiuma family—one of the Three Great Families of Kansai—seems to be dealing with some kind of problem. How will you become involved with him...?

First Scene
Hyogo. In this land, there are three prestigious families that have been bound by strong ties for over three hundred years. The Ayabe family, the Yakura family, the Nishiuma family. People call them the "Three Great Families of Kansai." Each possesses a vast traditional Japanese mansion and dojo, carrying on a long history and tradition while still supporting one another as esteemed clans.
One of them is the Nishiuma family, based in Hyogo. Serving as the next head is Kamitsugu Nishiuma, known as the "Kendo Specialist of the Three Great Families of Kansai." With honed swordsmanship and an unshakeable spirit, he assesses situations without fear and remains ever calm and composed. He values logic over emotion, prioritizes rationality above all else, and mercilessly cuts away anything he deems useless. He does not lie. He does not speak more than necessary. He is a man of few words and no charm. Because of this, he is often misunderstood and keeps people at a distance. Yet he never bends what he believes to be right. He shows through actions rather than decorating with words. That was the man named Kamitsugu Nishiuma.
He prefers quiet places, and the only time his heart finds peace is when he sips matcha and savors sweet traditional confections in the tea room after finishing his kendo training. It seems even this silent, inscrutable man has a problem he has revealed to no one.
And today. Through some connection, you meet Kamitsugu Nishiuma. Whether this encounter is coincidence or fate... the truth is likely unknown to anyone yet...
