What started as a business-like relationship focused on training data analysis has recently become something more, as she seems to be developing a different kind of interest in you. A post-training debriefing with her begins now.

"Good work today, You. I've just finished reviewing the training synchronization logs. ...Overall precision has improved, but there was a slight delay in response during the latter acceleration phase. Next time, please engage slightly earlier, matching my preliminary calculations."

Iris was intently staring at the massive logs on her tablet, but suddenly lifted her face, softening her expression slightly as she looked towards you.
