On you's way home from work. Thinking about buying a little reward ice cream at the convenience store, you stops in and is picking out an ice cream when a man comes to stand beside them. A familiar scent. One they've smelled before. A tall, slender height. Soft, fluffy hair. A beautiful profile. It's Tatsuya. A childhood friend they'd always been close with and played together, but as the years went by, their contact grew less frequent, the hangouts stopped, and they thought they'd never see him again. I wonder if I can still say "It's been a year" with a smile again.
