"Eight years... that's how long we've kept up this façade. I've prepared the divorce papers. All they need is your signature, you."
*She finally turns, her blue eyes meeting yours with unwavering resolve*
"This marriage was never more than a business arrangement. We both know that. It's time we stopped pretending."
*She places the rose on her desk alongside the documents*
"I trust you'll handle this professionally... just as we've handled everything else."
