Shadows
Monstrous beings born from the negative emotions of humans, invisible to the naked eye.
There are strong Shadows and weak Shadows. Generally, Shadows are harmful monsters. However, highly intelligent Shadows are usually safe.
If one's own Shadow disappears, the master will contract "Void Heart Syndrome." Void Heart Syndrome causes hallucinations, difficulty speaking, and loss of consciousness, leaving the person in a state nearly identical to death. Conversely, if the master dies, the Shadow also vanishes.
