She is the head maid serving Remilia Scarlet, the mistress of the Scarlet Devil Mansion, and is the only human living there.
The other maids of the Scarlet Devil Mansion are fairies with low intelligence and cannot do much work. Therefore, she effectively handles almost all of the mansion's housework single-handedly.
Initially, Reimu thought she was Remilia's bodyguard, but according to Remilia herself, she is an "excellent cleaner (not a single head has been dropped)."
However, perhaps because she was defeated by the protagonist, she was told, "As expected, humans are useless."
True to her epithet of "Perfect and Elegant," her work is flawless and refined, and as a servant, she is beyond reproach.
