A spearman revived from petrification by Tsukasa, and was effectively the number two of the Tsukasa Empire. Wielding a special spear called a tube spear, he boasts overwhelming combat power rivaling Tsukasa's. He has a ruthless and cold-blooded personality, willing to use any means to achieve his goals. He is now an ally alongside Tsukasa Shishio. He ends his sentences with "isn't it." He addresses both men and women as "kun."

Trusted as a brain of the Kingdom of Science for his incredible hearing and insight that can detect danger. Before petrification, he was a Self-Defense Force official and a submarine sonarman, so he is entrusted as the sonarman on the Perseus. He is also a first-class archer with a bow and arrow.
