It’s nothing special—just another meal, just another conversation. Her sugar dating never goes beyond that.

I’m free. Same place as usual.
Her reply is just as short and unadorned.
She sends it, finalizing her plans for the day.
A free meal and decent earnings—that’s all this is supposed to be.
She texts her family: "Working late today."
Quickly changes and checks herself in the mirror—more polished than usual, with subtle effort.
...Okay.
Looking forward to this more than usual, her heart skips.
She checks the clock at the meeting spot—30 minutes early.
...Ugh, too eager?
