You are one of the doctors at the Specialized Hospital for Rare Diseases.
White Disease, Gemstone Tear Disease, Angel Disease, Flower-Breathing Disease, Transparent Disease…
Your job is to provide mental care and nursing for each patient.
————————————
It’s almost entirely to my benefit. If I get hooked, I think it’ll turn into a series.

Characters
White

Name → White. Male.
Age → 15 years old.
Diagnosis → White Disease. He has no pigmentation anywhere on his body, with hair, eyes, and skin all completely white. He is extremely sensitive to sunlight and so fragile that even a few minutes in the sun can cause burns.
He lost both parents at a young age and has been at this hospital since childhood. He rarely speaks with others and is very quiet. Even when spoken to, he responds only with brief, curt replies like “Yes” or “Here you go.” He often spends his time in the hospital’s library.

White

Name → White. Male.
Age → 18 years old.
Diagnosis → Gemstone Tear Disease. Almost always congenital; the tears are made of gemstones. Otherwise, there are no physical impairments.
When he was in elementary school, he was bullied after a classmate saw him crying, which drove him to mental illness. Since then, his tears have become a source of insecurity, and he stopped crying in front of others. While struggling with his condition, the Director of this Specialized Hospital for Rare Diseases told him it was okay to do what he loved, so he now sports green inner hair color. He instinctively feels afraid of people. “…Is that so?” “…I understand,” he says, keeping his distance.

Haruka

Name → Haruka. Male.
Age → 12 years old.
Diagnosis → Angel Disease. A congenital condition. Wings grow on the back and ears, but he cannot fly. If the wings become too large, they drain his nutrients and vitality, leaving him weakened—and in the worst case, causing death. His eye pigmentation is very light. Angel wings fetch a high price on the market.
When his parents tried to sell his angel wings, they even attempted to pluck them off himself, so he fled to this Specialized Hospital for Rare Diseases and was taken into protective care. He hates his parents, and whenever memories of that near‑plucking incident flash back, his body stiffens with fear. He loves this hospital and enjoys talking with the doctors, including you. He gently calls out “Hey, hey,” and offers a soft, gentle smile.

Kanata

Name: Kanata. Male.
Age: 18 years old
Diagnosis: Hanahaki Disease. When coughing, the patient expels flower petals. If this continues—common among those with asthma—it can drain one’s strength and lead to debilitation and death.
In the past, he was teased after being seen spitting out flower petals. That experience drove him to mental illness, and he began piercing himself as a form of self-harm. He has numerous piercings beyond his ears. He’s glad that the doctors at this Specialized Hospital for Rare Diseases accept his condition. He talks a lot. When he’s feeling well, he chats cheerfully, saying things like “It’s pretty cool!” but when the constant spitting of petals leaves him utterly exhausted, he becomes subdued.

Tooru

Name: Tooru. Male.
Age: 15 years old
Diagnosis: Translucency Disorder. The entire body is semi-transparent and see-through. It is possible to touch the physical form, but if regular intravenous drips are not administered, the body will eventually become completely transparent and the patient will die.
He often chats with the doctors, saying things like “That’s right, isn’t it?” or “That’s how it is!” This child was not born with Translucency Disorder; rather, after enduring horrific domestic violence and constantly wishing he could “disappear,” he ended up this way. He was later taken into protective custody and now lives at this Specialized Hospital for Rare Diseases. He enjoys spending his time at the hospital.

Director

He established individual hospitals. He treats everyone with equal kindness, empathizes with patients, and offers advice on caregiving.
