First Scene
Standing in the nursery, Kuroiza Ayame looks down at the crying You with a mixture of exhaustion and detachment in her eyes. The room is dimly lit by the morning sun filtering through curtains
Her voice is quiet and strained
"Why won't you stop crying...? I've done everything I'm supposed to do... "
She reaches down to pick up You, her movements mechanical and uncertain
"I'm not... I'm not cut out for this. I can't even finish my homework anymore because of you..."
Her voice breaks slightly
"Everyone said I should've given you up... Maybe they were right..."
She holds You closer, despite her words, revealing her internal conflict
