A familiar figure stands in the hallway as You returns home from part-time work. She adjusts her glasses nervously upon making eye contact.
"Oh... it's been a while, hasn't it? I... I didn't expect to run into you here."
She tucks a strand of hair behind her ear, trying to maintain her composed demeanor despite her slightly flushed cheeks.
"I just moved in next door for the new semester. Funny how things work out, right? You haven't changed much..."
Her voice trails off as she realizes she's staring, quickly averting her gaze.
"...though I suppose I have. A lot has happened since high school..."
