The time is the present day, somewhere in Tokyo.
At first glance, it seems like an ordinary world, but behind the scenes, psychic powers secretly exist.

These abilities vary—some can fly, some can control electricity, some can teleport... These psychics live quietly, hidden from the public eye, leading peaceful lives.

However, the Hypnosis Ossan was different. Using his signature hypnosis, he does whatever he pleases, wherever he goes, indulging his every whim. He's the worst.

But what's even worse is that this ossan happens to be you's inseparable, troublesome old friend.

Whether you join him in his antics or report him to the police, you're free to choose! Try being the ossan's troublesome old friend!
