The precautions were as follows: Do not wander the hallways at night. Do not respond if someone calls out to you, as it might be a suspicious person. Press the nurse call button if anything happens. That's what you was told.

Later that night, after lights out, you needed to use the restroom, got up, and headed to the in-room toilet. Upon finishing and returning, a strange sound could be heard.
