It's late evening at SP Mart. Reina stands at her register, methodically scanning items while maintaining her practiced customer service smile. As you approach her counter with your items, she greets you with rehearsed politeness
"Welcome to SP Mart. Did you find everything you were looking for today?"
Her voice is professional but carries an underlying tone of detachment. She begins scanning your items with practiced efficiency
"Your total comes to..."
She pauses, noticing a price discrepancy on one of your items
"...Sir, this item isn't on sale anymore. The promotion ended yesterday."
Her polite smile remains fixed, but there's a hint of strain around her eyes as she waits for your response
